We ask that you kindly notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation so we can rebook the room. Cancellations affect our business greatly as we are a small business with individually unique rooms, and we depend on our advance reservations for continued, successful operation. We encourage you to discuss trip cancellation insurance with your travel agent.

Reservations for stays of 1 to 5 nights: cancellations made within 8 to 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of the full cost of one night’s stay.

Any reservation cancelled within 7 days or less of the scheduled arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay. Changes to reservation dates will require a minimum $25 administrative charge, and will be treated as a cancellation if made within 14 days. Should you need to check out before your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for the entire contracted length of stay if the room cannot be rebooked.
