Winter Rates (October 1st through April 30th) - (5 nights minimum stay)
$1600 per month, $128/night for studio (sleeps 2 maximum)
$2000 per month, $155/night for standard 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$2400 per month, $195/night for standard 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$2800 per month, $240/night for 1 bedroom penthouse (sleeps 6 maximum)

Summer Rates (May 1st through September 30th) - (5 nights minimum stay)
$2000 per month, $128/night for studio (sleeps 2 maximum)
$2500 per month, $155/night for standard 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$3000 per month, $195/night for standard 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$3500 per month, $240/night for 1 bedroom penthouse (sleeps 6 maximum)

We offer both daily (minimum 3 night stay) and monthly rates.  WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A 20% DISCOUNT OFF OF OUR USUAL LOW SEASON MONTHLY ONE BD. APT. RATES OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL, 2011. 

* Stays of three consecutive months or more incur an additional discount of $200 a month.

Reservations will not be confirmed without a deposit.  Payment in full and a signed lease agreement is required 30 days prior to arrival date.  Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless guest has previously made other arrangements.

All advance reservations require a 5 night minimum stay.  We do accept reservations of 3 or 4 nights based on availability when booked close to the arrival date.  We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights.  Monthly rates can be prorated beyond the first month up to 21 additional days

Deposit minus 6% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented.  Refunds will be based on the number of days covered by the original rental that can be rerented.
