| Cancellation Policy | Deposit minus 5% ($25min) cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit if cancellation is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented but deposit may be credited towards a future stay. There is no refund of full balance due on cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date unless the property can be rerented. However, full payment made may also be used as a credit towards a future stay scheduled within 12 months of original arrival date. | ||
