| Cancellation Policy | Deposits are refundable, less $35 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 21 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds on cancellations made less that 21 days prior to your arrival will only be made if the cottage is rented. If the reservation date cannot be filled, 50% of the total days reserved will be forfeited, plus $35 processing fee. “NO SHOWS” will result in forfeiture of the entire amount due. | ||
