Price Range

SUMMER RATE: (May 16 - Sept 30)
$250/night plus tax for four people, $10 for each additional guest.
WINTER RATE: (Oct. 1-May 15): $230/night plus tax for four people, $10 for each additional guest.
MONTHLY RATES: Monthly rates available Oct. 1st - April 30th.
The entire house is available for $2500.00/month and up depending on stay length and party size.

CLEANING FEE: $50
2 night minimum stay. 6 person maximum occupancy.
Cancellation Policy 14 day cancellation policy. Should you cancel 14 days or less before check in you will loose your first night's stay. Should you leave without paying, the balance will be charged to the card you booked with.
