It boasts one of the hottest arts scenes in the world. International artists, touring companies and exhibits make their way through Downtown - home to state of the art venues like the Seattle Symphony’s Benaroya Hall and the Paramount Theatre.

Other downtown attractions include Pike Place Market, Experience Music Project Museum, Space Needle, the waterfront, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Science Center, Seattle Art Museum and much more.

Winter Rates (October 1st through April 30th) - (3 nights minimum stay)
$1600 per month, $770/week, $128/night for studio (sleeps 2 maximum)
$2000 per month, $931/week, $155/night for standard 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$2400 per month, $1176 /week, $195/night for standard 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$2800 per month, $1505 /week, $240/night for 1 bedroom penthouse (sleeps 6 maximum)

SUMMER RATES: (May 1st - Sept. 30) / 3 nights minimum stay
$128/night for studio (sleeps 2 maximum)
$155/night for standard 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$195/night for standard 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 maximum)
$240/night for 1 bedroom penthouse (sleeps 6 maximum)

CLEANING FEE: A one time $75 cleaning fee will be added to your rental to cover standard costs of cleaning when you leave. Additional cleaning services are available upon request during your stay.

DEPOSIT: Reservations will not be confirmed without a deposit. 1/2 your stay amount (excluding the cleaning fee) is due at time of booking. Payment in full and a signed lease agreement is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless guest has previously made other arrangements.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: All advance reservations require a 5 night minimum stay. We do accept reservations of 3 or 4 nights based on availability when booked close to the arrival date. We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights. Monthly rates can be prorated beyond the first month up to 21 additional days. Stays of three consecutive months or more incur an additional discount of $200 a month.
