Individual Rooms: We have shared living space in a very large, fully furnished, professionally appointed, turn of the century home on the upper east side of Queen Anne. We have bedrooms that we rent out to good people looking for a furnished environment. Our ideal housemate is a full time professional and works off site during the week days. Jointly we are a very chill and respectful group. Everyone cleans up after themselves daily. We are looking for an honorable adult - single occupancy only. We provide each housemate with their own refrigerator and pantry space, housemates do provide their own choice of bedding. We do not smoke and do not allow pets. Moving in: background check first
