Color TV with 80 channel cable, free high Speed Internet access, VCR or DVD, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Building has a rooftop deck with stunning Downtown Seattle views, game room with regulation size pool table and big screen TV & laundry facilities. All dishware, linens and general household items needed during your stay are provided.

May-September: $195 daily / $4200 monthly. Weekly rates are not offered during our Summer season
October-April: $140 daily; $931 weekly; $2000 monthly. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more.

  • Monthly rates can be prorated beyond the first month. A 10% discount will be applied to stays of 3 months to 6 months. Call for rates of 6 months or more.
  • Cleaning fee: $85
  • Damage Waiver: $50

Payment Types: Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless guest has previously made other arrangements. A 3% transaction fee will be added to multiple card transactions (per transaction) as a result of splitting the bill, partial refunds, switching balance to a new card, etc. There is no credit card transaction fee for cancellations made within required time frames or for new charges added to the original reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 

Deposit minus 10% ($25min) cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival (Not counting day of arrival). Refunds will only be made to the credit card on which the original charges were made. There is no refund of deposit if cancellation is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless guest has previously made other arrangements. A 3% transaction fee will be added to multiple card transactions (per transaction) as a result of splitting the bill, partial refunds, switching balance to a new card, etc. There is no credit card transaction fee for cancellations made within required time frames or for new charges added to the original reservation.

Check In and Out: Check-in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. We can arrange earlier check-ins if the room and a staff member are available. Guest just need to arrange that in advance. We may not always be able to do a late night check-in. There is a $50 fee for a late check-in to compensate for additional staff time if we can arrange it. Please be aware that we don't have the facilities to keep their luggage prior to or after check-in/check-out.
Damage Waiver: We know that accidents happen and that things can be unintentionally broken. Rather than managing check-in and check-out sheets for each stay and pursuing tenants over accidental damages, we instituted the damage waiver fee. This non-refundable fee covers accidental property damage by the tenant up to $600. It does not cover lost or non-returned keys, fobs or parking remotes, intentional damage or theft. It also does not cover damages to property belonging to other residents in the building or to the building common areas. Damages that may exceed the $600 limit will be charged to the tenant credit card on file.
