Color TV with 80 channel cable, free high Speed Internet access, VCR or DVD, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Building has a rooftop deck with stunning Downtown Seattle views, game room with regulation size pool table and big screen TV & laundry facilities. All dishware, linens and general household items needed during your stay are provided.

Payment Adjustments: 

May-September: $195 daily / $4200 monthly. Weekly rates are not offered during our Summer season
October-April: $140 daily; $931 weekly; $2000 monthly. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more.

  • Monthly rates can be prorated beyond the first month. A 10% discount will be applied to stays of 3 months to 6 months. Call for rates of 6 months or more.
  • Cleaning fee: $135

Deposit Policy: We do not hold reservations without a deposit. We take 50% of the rental charge as deposit with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise instructed we will charge the balance due to the credit card provided and an updated confirmation showing payment in full will be sent to you. If your arrival date is 30 days or less away, payment in full will be charged at time of reservation. The credit card on file can be used in place of a damage deposit. If a credit card backup for the damage deposit is not available we will charge a $400 refundable damage deposit. Direct corporate billing can also be arranged. We are happy to provide letterhead receipts upon request.

Cancellation Policy: 

The deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented. Refunds will be based on the number of days covered by the original rental that can be rented.
