When are property owners paid for reservations?

Property owners are paid (or billed) at the end of the month of the stay. For instance, if your guest checks out on May 20th, you will get paid for that stay at the end of May.

How many reservations can you get me?

Of course we never guarantee a set number of reservations because there are so many variables that effect the outcome: location, rate, time of year, photo quality, room size, etc.

Does my rental property have to be in Seattle to be listed on this site?

Nope! We represent several different property types throughout Washington State, Oregon and British Columbia.

How do I get my property featured?

and sign up for the featured listing service.

How do I change the photos on my property page?

Sure! Contact Pacific Reservations and we can help you with that. If you'd like professional photos taken of your listing - we can do that too!

How do I set the rate(s) on my property?

Setting rates is always a hard decision. Luckily, it's not one you have to make alone. If you are unsure what rate to set, let our office staff know.

How can I get more reservations?

Other than joining our website? There are a couple of things you can do to improve your odds. For instance, properties with video tours tend to book 30% more than those without a video tour.

Does my property need insurance?

We suggest that each property is fully licensed and insured for at least one million.

Can I add a property video I shot myself to my listing page?

At this time we accept only videos shot by our own professional videographer. We want to make sure that the videos on our website have continuity - in editing, shade, length and musical choices.
