Nope! We represent several different property types throughout Washington State, Oregon and British Columbia. If your property is in one of these vicinities - even if your specific town or neighborhood isn't represented our maps yet - your property is still eligible for representation. However, we expect you to be fully aware of the laws and/or restrictions in your specific county regarding bed and breakfasts as well as vacation rentals.
