Upon entry into the home (set down your luggage, hang your jacket and slip out of your shoes!), you’ll be delighted by the easy flow of space that connects the dining and family rooms with the fully stocked kitchen. In the dining room, the custom-built, low-set table is situated in front of a picture window and is surrounded by an array of benches. Ten to twelve people can dine comfortably here and the feast that you create in the gourmet kitchen can be elegantly offered atop this table.

Base Price: $405.00 /night depending on season.
Minimum rental is for 3 night stay for off-season and 7 night stay for summer and holiday season. Renters are welcome to stay for just 1 night at Fun House, but will incur a 3 night stay charge for off season and a 7 night stay charge for on season. Event pricing available upon request.
Prices are the same for 1-13 guests staying at Fun House. More than 13 guests do require special permission.
Please note that standard cleaning fee per week's stay is $175, and tax rate is 13.5%.

Policies
Minimum Stay: one week
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be released from the remainder of the payment. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than sixty (60) days from the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent unless the unit can be re-rented in which case 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded per day re-rented.
