Very easy access to downtown, the Space Needle, Lake Union and several other destinations. Great for cruise travelers because of it's proximity to cruise docks.
Can be combined with it's neighbor, The Queen Anne Apartment, to house groups.
High ceilings and great natural light. One-story building means that you only share one wall! Nobody above or below you.

This is a renovated, one story building containing two units: a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. Units have entrances on opposite sides of the building. This makes for a very private environment. Unlike most apartments, there is no one living above or below you!

    8 days or more before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the deposit.
    - less than 8 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
    - 2 days or less before the check in date, the full reservation amount must be paid.
    - during the stay for any reason, the full reservation amount must be paid.
    If you leave without paying your balance, the card you booked with will be charged for the balance immediately.

    We had a lovely stay at this cozy beautiful studio. It is just as in the pictures. A home away from home, very well maintained and comfortable for a couple.The name fits well, very peaceful neighborhood and only a couple of steps away from the bus stop which we used everyday to venture into different Seattle areas. Since we didn't have a car the proximity to bus stop was very convenient. Thank you for wonderful stay!
